What began as a side hustle became a lifeline for doctors and clinic owners—helping them recover financially and thrive in their specialties. Watching our team members grow in their careers and communities has been deeply rewarding.
In the early days, I was focused on survival and income. It wasn’t until my daughter Elizabeth was born that I began to see the bigger picture and my potential to make a lasting impact.
My mother Anita played a crucial role, working tirelessly—often unpaid—to help us serve our first clients. Her dedication gave us the momentum to expand nationwide, and she remains a lifelong part owner.
My wife’s unwavering support through every entrepreneurial challenge kept us afloat. She was the breadwinner while I pursued this dream, and her patience and belief made all the difference.
Today, BONFIRE is more than a business—it’s a fulfillment of purpose. Through our incredible partners and team, we’ve helped reshape private healthcare practices and created meaningful careers. And together, we’ll continue to build lasting change.

Chase Naccarato grew up in a large Italian family and learned early from those around him. Originally from California, he moved through Utah and Idaho for school and church service, ultimately earning a Communications degree with an emphasis in advertising from BYU-Idaho.
After college, Chase returned to Utah and explored various jobs in search of growth. His role as an auto claims adjuster sharpened his skills in investigation and communication—experience that caught the attention of Preston Boutsis, whom he had met during a church mission in Colombia.
Preston brought Chase into Bonfire in its early days as head of marketing and a versatile team player. Within months, Chase was appointed CEO. He’s now been leading Bonfire Revenue for two years, helping shape its growth and vision.

I bring a diverse background in administration, education, and leadership to my role in medical billing, provider credentialing and contracting. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong attention to detail, adapted quickly to systems and software, a love for organization, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. I enjoy building positive connections with both providers and team members. Every part of my experience has helped shape my ability to support others with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

I specialize in helping medical practices streamline operations, ensure payer compliance, and maximize reimbursements. My background spans end-to-end credentialing, payer enrollment, billing optimization, and process improvement across diverse healthcare specialties. I’m passionate about building efficient systems that support both providers and patients through accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence.

I’ve spent nearly 8 years working across all areas of medical billing operations. From coding and claims to denial management and payer communication, I’ve gained hands‑on expertise that helps providers get accurate, timely reimbursements. I’ve also held management roles with leading healthcare companies, where I focused on streamlining workflows, mentoring teams, and driving efficiency. My goal is always to deliver reliable, compliant billing solutions that support both clients and colleagues.
